Shopping for Clothes

1. When will the product be shipped?

Answer: Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after confirming your order. After shipping is completed, we will inform you of the tracking number by e-mail.

2.Is it possible to return or exchange the product?

Answer: Yes, we will accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. However, it is limited to unused and unopened products. In addition, we will not be able to refund the customs duties and consumption tax that were incurred at the time of purchase, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.

3.Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship within Japan. Shipping to overseas is undecided.

4. What should I do if I do not receive the goods?

Answer: If more than 20 days have passed since the item was shipped and the item has not arrived yet, we would appreciate it if you could contact us using the inquiry form. We will check it as soon as possible.

5.What are the payment methods?

A: You can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB) or debit card.

6. I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Answer: We automatically send an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or make sure you have entered your email address correctly.

 

7. What should I do if the item is damaged?

Answer: If the product is damaged, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. We will respond quickly.

8. Where can I find out about sales and new products?

A: The latest sale information and new product information are posted daily on Instagram plugup.official. ​
